“Cast all your many cares on Him, cialis canada doctor for He cares for you.”

I Peter 5:6

A well-known Christian worker once told the story of his mother who was anxious and very troubled through most of her life. He talked with his mother often trying to convince her not to fret so.  He expressed to her how it was counter to the way God would have her live her life.  But his words fell on deaf ears; she simply would not stop worrying about any and everything.  As it turned out what she stressed over so much usually never happened anyway.

One morning while visiting, viagra sale his mother came down to breakfast bubbling over with a new expression of joy. He immediately asked her what had happened, and she told him that in the night she had a dream, one she felt God had given her.

In her dream she was walking along a busy sidewalk with a great crowd of people who seemed so tired and burdened. They were all carrying little black bundles that had been dropped on them by repulsive looking beings that looked like demons. Like them, she too was carrying a black bundle that was overwhelmingly heavy and cumbersome. Looking up she saw a man with a bright and loving face, walking in and out of the crowd, comforting each one that would let him.  At last the man came to her, and when He did she immediately recognized him as Jesus, her Lord and Savior. He smiled, and said, “My dear child, I did not give you these loads; you have no need of them. They are filled with things you’ve added, and things your enemy the devil of this world has added. I gave you just enough to carry, and even said I would carry it for you, if you would let me. So, just drop these burdens and refuse to touch them again.  When you do you will find a path ahead for which I‘ve calculated and arranged. It is built on faith and is not wearisome or worrisome.”  Then I awoke and knew God had spoken to me.  And where worry and fear once dominated my heart, now there was hope and joy in their place.

Ever since that day, this son’s mother seldom exhibited anything but joy, peace and confidence in God, no matter what came and went in her life.  Many said as the years passed, particularly those in her family, that she was a blessing to all who came across her path.
