Here are some sayings that have helped me over these past few months; I pray they will do the same for you. God speed!
Where God’s finger points His hand will make a way.
Great things in Life?
If you cannot do great things, medicine you can at least do small things in a great way!
Broken things can become blessed things if you let Christ do the mending.
The hottest fires are needed to test and refine the most precious medals. And since you are like gold to God, viagra you must go through tough times, because it refines your character, and makes you valuable and beautiful before Him and others.
Remembering the blessings
A man took a large piece of paper and made a black dot in the center of it. Then he held up the paper and asked, what did everyone see? One person said, “I see the black mark…” ‘Right,’ the man said. What else? Complete silence prevailed. “I am really surprised you have completely overlooked the most important thing of all, the sheet of paper.” And the point to this? We are often distracted by the small dot-like disappointments of our lives, and rather prone to forget the innumerable blessings we receive from the Lord. But like the sheet of paper, the good things are far more important than the disappointments that monopolize our attention. (Richard De Haan)
There is no pit so deep, that God is not deeper still. [Cory Ten Boom] And there is no situation or set of circumstances in your life that are so dire, that God will not go there with you.
If you want to help someone by means of constructive criticism, then build a relationship with them first; afterward make sure you have their confidence and love before you do. If you don’t have these essential fundamentals in place, then pass on what you were going to say.
Sometimes persevering with the Lord on a situation is just hanging on to Him until things come about.
Buried in the deepest sea
When Jesus said He would bury your sins in the deepest sea once you put your faith and trust in Him, He also said He would never go fishing for them again. Do the same with your children when they blow it and want your forgiveness.
Let it go
Don’t put a question mark where God has put a period in your life. What issues has God given you an answer to of late? Maybe it’s time to let them go and move on!
Suffering, withstanding tough circumstances, and waiting on things to change, are each in their own way great fertilizers to the roots of good character. They are necessary if you want to grow and be like the Lord who made you. So hang in there, and don’t give up just because times get tough.
The storms in this life that threaten to destroy us, God will use to strengthen every fiber of our being.
