Hopelessness went out with the resurrection
Romans 10:11 Those who believe in Him will not be disappointed.
Ps. 34:15, medicine 17-19 15 The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous and His ears are open to their cry. 17 The righteous cry, and the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. 18 The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. 19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
Rev. 21:3-4 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, 4 and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.
Phil. 2:1- 4 1 Therefore if there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, 2 make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose. 3 Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; 4 do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.

Pro. 13:12 Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but desire fulfilled is a tree of life.
Psalm 37:6, 23 6 He will bring forth your righteousness as the light and your judgment as the noonday. 23 The steps of a man are established by the Lord, and He delights in his way. 24 When he falls, he will not be hurled headlong, because the Lord is the One who holds his hand. 25 I have been young and now I am old, Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken.
